Initially joining OBMedical as a fractional COO, Mark Samuels quickly assumed the role of CEO and worked to use Diligent’s expertise in low noise electronics, electrode physics, software and capital raising to fix product and quality problems that had brought OBMedical to the point of failure. After building a manufacturing facility in Norcross and improving sales, Mr. Samuels oversaw the sale of OBMedical to Philips Medical in 2018.
